It’s never too early to start thinking about any and all aspects of safety at your events! While COVID-19 guidelines are on everyone's mind, let's not forget one of the most important safety plans you need to have in place when hosting a festival, fair, or any kind of outdoor gathering - your Event Weather Protocols.

Get ready for 10 days of exciting and eclectic performers at the K-Days Music Festival! Visitors to K-Days will have the opportunity to enjoy our star-studded concerts at the South Stage with your gate admission.

For the most part, general admission and rush seating ticketed concerts and festivals are not going to be a part of the entertainment landscape until optimistically well into 2021, when it is much safer to do so. Thinking outside the box or outside the "circle" is paramount as the entertainment industry finds a path forward in order to resume some form of normality in these times, but also carry some of that innovation into the future of live events.

While physical concerts are currently a no-go, Vox reports that live music is alive and well thanks to quarantine concerts — performances streamed on YouTube, Instagram, and similar platforms. Already, several well-known artists, from John Legend to Billie Eilish, have treated self-isolating fans to virtual concerts.

These online concerts have become beacons of hope for both the musicians and fans. Given how this pandemic is lingering, many musicians are also looking to create their own online concerts due to the fact they won’t be able to perform live for a while. If you are one such musician, make sure to keep in mind the smart tips below.

How wearing a mask and these 7 other solutions can get us back to enjoying live events!

People want to find some form of normality after having concerts and events wiped off their calendar this summer. As event producers and consultants, we feel that pain and can’t wait until we are able to gather again in a safe and controlled way. One way we can all do our part is by wearing a mask. If everyone would agree to wear a mask to events, this would significantly cut down the chances of people in attendance transmitting or catching COVID-19 (or any other virus for that matter). Also think about all of the cool new artist merch that will be out...I can’t wait to get my Guns N’ Roses tour mask! Here are 7 other solutions that will get us back to enjoying shows in a safe and controlled environment.
