After hosting Red Bull Crashed Ice in Quebec City for nine straight years, the Ice Cross Downhill World Championship moved west to crown its 2015 champ. More than 70,000 spectators gathered in Edmonton’s river valley to witness the races. Skaters descend a steep ice canal filled with bumps, jumps, rollers and obstacles four-at-a-time, jostling for position as they reach speeds of up to 70kph. Trixstar brought it’s production and project management expertise to the table and was involved in the planning and executing of not only the world famous after party but, also in the construction of the track itself.
